Designed for precision, hygiene,
and rapid turnarounds in
packaging production.
Manufacturing and production process for food grade packaging products hinges on precision, hygiene, and rapid turnarounds. Horizon partners with packaging companies across FMCG, pharma, industrial, and e-commerce supply chains to design warehouses and factories that meet the sector’s evolving needs.
Whether you're producing aseptic cartons, flexible films, corrugated boxes, rigid containers, or specialised insulated packaging, our parks offer the infrastructure to support high-volume, high-accuracy manufacturing. From controlled environments to efficient layouts for raw material and product movement, every element is optimised to reduce downtime, enable compliance, and keep production on track.
What Makes Our Parks
Stand Out?
Heavy-Duty
Infrastructure
High floor load capacity and wide column spans support die-cutters, production lines, automation conveyors, stacking systems, and large-scale machinery - ensuring seamless material flow.
Custom Utilities & Climate Control
HT power set-up, DG backup, multi-point electricals, HVAC with humidity control, exhaust systems, compressed air lines, ethernet networks, and water treatment plants (ETP, ZLD) built to meet sector-specific needs. Insulated roofing maintain stable internal conditions for sensitive substrates.
Optimised Circulation &
Layouts
Dedicated loading bays, dock levellers, and segregated vehicular zones minimise cross-contamination, cut transit time, and streamline raw material and finished goods movement.
Scalable & Sustainable
Design
Phased expansion and storage flexibility ensure growth without disruption. Rooftop solar, waste management, and water reuse systems align with ESG and operational resilience goals.
Human-Centric Ecosystems
Skill Centres, workforce housing, and amenities for both blue- and white-collar employees ensure a trained, housed, and supported workforce right at your park
Project
Highlights
SIG Combibloc (SIG), a global leader in packaging systems, partnered with Horizon Industrial Parks to set up its first aseptic carton manufacturing facility in India at Bhayala, near Ahmedabad. Spanning 32.6 acres with 7.82 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area, the project was delivered in phases, with Phase I completed in just 12 months. Built to LEED Gold standards, it features advanced infrastructure, efficient HVAC, and renewable energy readiness. The ESG-led facility underscores Horizon’s expertise in sustainable, large-scale industrial developments supporting global manufacturing excellence.
