Solution-First Methodology: Built-to-Suit, Process-Led Onboarding

The engagement between JOST and Greenbase-Horizon was rooted in a process-led engineering approach, ensuring that every design element served an operational purpose. The 23 m bay width and 12 m eave height were designed to support precise lifting and assembly requirements for heavy equipment manufacturing. Collaborative design reviews optimised the positioning of the EOT crane, paint booth, and utility zones for uninterrupted workflow. The decentralised power layout and specialised civil foundations were planned early to reduce vibration risks and ensure equipment stability. Leveraging the site’s natural slope minimised cut-and-fill, reducing both cost and environmental impact. Rapid Turnaround Time

Following design finalisation, Greenbase-Horizon executed JOST’s project within an accelerated six-month schedule, meeting all milestones without compromising quality or compliance. Parallel work streams were adopted to expedite structural, MEP, and utility installations, supported by on-site resource mobilisation and continuous supervision. The facility’s civil works and service installations were completed within 4–5 months, followed by final fitout and equipment commissioning – enabling JOST to commence production ahead of schedule and align its expansion with customer demand timelines.
